Was getting an intermittant CEL with code P0171 (bank one too lean). Replaced the MAF as recommended here but still getting CEL with code P0171. Reset and it comes back in about a week.
Other info I have pulled when the fault occurs with my ScanGauge reader as follows:
PID02=0171
PID02=0100 loop is open
PID04=LOD14
PID05=7E Water temp 186F
PID06=6A
PID07=9C
PID0B=1B
PID0C=08F9 MAP PSI 3.9
PID0D=32 31 MPH
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jeremy

You have an 0171 and just replaced the amm??......did you even look for a vacuum leak say on the end of the intake by the P/S pump....Sounds like that's where the problem lies..

The funny part is I looked at my old engine/manifold and saw the plug on the end of the manifold but it was plugged so I assumed it was a judt a hole for machining the inside and just capped off.
Anyone need an AMM? I have an extra as well as another engine too.
