Looks like I need to replace my ECM. Any ideas out there. Obviously a dealer's job.

The cheapest way to do it is to buy the ECM online and install it yourself Sunday PM in the dealers parking lot
, and have the dealer download the software Monday AM.
Please check with them before you do it. Some dealers are not friendly in this regard, they want to make a profit on the part, the installation and the download

Your sure you need an ECM??...And if you need a download the car may not even be able to be driven to the dealer. Never been down that road before but the throttle housing replacements the car CANNOT be driven ...we have a mobile tech though for downloads..and it is pricy...$100 here in PA

Sorry for getting back late to read replies. I did a foolish thing. While replacing the O2 sensors I noticed a hanger on the exhaust had broken off. So I mig welded it back on the tail pipe without first removing the negative lead to the battery. From that point my ABS and Traction light warning appeared. Victor checked it out, the ABS is fine. The dealer pulled so many codes on the car they were not sure what was wrong but said it must be the ABS unit. I am guessing it is the ECM that I have knocked out. One thing that the sheet says from the dealer's vadis print out is a lot of low voltage readings.
I plan to call them again to discuss it. In all fairness the dealer has been helpfull and hasn't raped me yet.
As I have stated in previous posts the car runs fine.

Disconnect the battery and go from there.....don't replace the ECM on that just yet
