S70 Rear Electric Window Problems

1998 s70. Neither rear window will operate when using individual door controls. Left rear window will respond to driver controls. right rear is totally unresponsive, except for a slight clicking noise when using the driver control in attempting to roll window down (maybe motor response??). No sound when trying to go up. Green bulbs under control on individual door controls are are not lit.

I could only find one fuse box, the main box under the hood.

Any ideas as to what to try next?

I try a new master switch and then I try an actual switch on the door in the rear, you can swap the rears to test, but you will have to buy the master.
