So I heard a ticking sound in my engine bay, don't know what it is.
I am hearing it I think coming from the belt area on the side of the motor. Could it be a bad belt, or the belt is slipping?
Now to the gas thing. So now when I fill up my tank it only reads halfway on the gas gauge, then slowly moves up to full. This has been going on for over a few months. Also my miles to zero digital gauge is acting up. When tank gauge messures full the miles to zero fluctuates greatly, as I was driving home today it started at 280 then went up as high as almost 900. Is this normal? Doesn't seem like it to me.

Serpantine belt tensioner makes ticking sound and is normal. Ticking could be from a/c pump which is normal too unless it does constantly after just a few seconds, must be low on freon

about ticking
I had the same problem 6 months ago, check your oil level. I didn't have enough oil and that was the reason i had ticking sound

Yeah I checked it, and it seems normal. However I will do it again to make sure.

Not sure about your gas gauge, but I seem to recall you had problems with this a while back, you might need to get back with the people working on it.
