Anyone Ever Replaced Their Turbo

I think the Turbo on my S70 croaked on the way home from the office today. I was accelerating and it was winding up... when suddenly there was a big clunk. Now there's no more whine or power and it just feels and sounds like an N/A now...

I have an appointment with the dealer on Monday AM for a diagnosis.

Assuming the problem is the turbo, has anyone replaced their Turbo before? My Haynes instructions make it look like a relatively easy chore. Anyone know a ballpark cost for the part(s)? I can't find anything online.

cost for what? the turbo itself? new 16T what 650? used 16T 350 ?
