10mm...so I guess your talking about the bolt and nut that hold the two lines together. that's all it is a bolt and a nut...instead of a wrench try a 10mm 12 point socket and you need a wrench on the top as well...if its really rounded you may be able to get a 3/8"socket on it... if all else fails you could always cut the clamp down the middle and buy a new one

i found the dremel sitting around, so i'll hack it off. i don't need it eh? how come it's there in the first place?

Thats what I wonder about most of the crap ive taken out of my car, but then again those Swedish engineers most likely know alot more than me...for now.

so.. do i need it or not?

i got the darn thing off, but i one of the allen screws wouldn't come off so i went and bought a thing for my rachet wrench.. i'll try agian tomorrow.

what a pain, it took everyone but me 20 minutes to fix

I did that fix this weekend. Mine wouldn't come off eiether, the bolt was so rusted. The whole clamp just ended up coming off luckily, so into the garage I went, cut out the bolt and put a new one in there. Quick fix, no more oil smell!!
