Hi Everyone,

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find the info I know I've seen here before. I have some bulbs out behind my switches on the dash.......TRACS, Sunroof, defrost, etc. My husband popped out the switches and there's a little bulb to replace. We have the bulbs and I'm just wondering where to get some replacements. I think I've read on the forums that Radio Shack carries them but I'm not sure. They're kind of weird looking cause they have a small plastic piece on the bottom that snaps in. Can I get this type of bulb at Radio Shack? If yes, does anyone know the part number for these?

Thanks for any info anyone can send!! I really appreciate it!! I don't want to pay $12,000 a bulb at the dealer..............

you have to unwrap the bulb from the holder, then replace with radioshack micro lamp type 7219 (272-1092C).

Well, I don't know about Radio Shack, but you can get them from IPD. They aren't cheap though. I just picked up a few myself.

The number of the bulb in RadioShack is #7219 (or ask for what I think is a stock number - 272-1092). Called Micro Lamp (12 volts, 60mA, wire terminal base). I used the bulbs to replace burnt ones in center console. There are much smaller but light up pretty bright. I soldered the bulbs and it was a pita but was worth it. If one store does not have them, go to another one.

I did mine. Radio Shack has them 2 for $1.50.

my shop found me some, they were $5 each-- i can get a part number for you if you like?
