I have a clunk going on in the front passenger side corner. Is this the sway bar bushing or the ball joints or both?

Could be the upper strut mount. Common problem with the 850. $40 but three hours of labor
Edit: If its a clunk, it probably is the upper strut mount. The ball joints will make a droning or low whine. Sway bar bushing will creak but not clunk.

Another common culprit are swaybar links where. Not too expensive to fix. You can reach in and try to wiggle them to feel if there is play in the joints. Pretty straightforward to fix.
