I've got a BSR StageIII with the RRFPR, 3" turbo to tail, cold air intake, stock intercooler. I've ported and polished mine and tightened down my wastegate rod a bit to get it to hold properly, I was getting some serious wastegate drift beforehand. I'll hold about 18psi to redline, spike 22ish maybe? I've tuned it out with the wastegate for the boost level and you can slightly dial the adjustments of the RRFPR (For most people I wouldn't bother...) and now running on 93 octane on a nice coolish day, I'm always in the 12:1 to 13:1 range (IMO its about perfect) according to my Innovate WidebandO2. Without the RRFPR it wouldn't run over 14psi, and I had to port and polish and tighten the wastegate to get it to hold as much as I wanted, and the exhaust helped also.
850T5-Man: If you really want a Stage III send me a PM, I'd consider taking maybe $1000 for the StageIII ecu, RRFPR with custom mounting bracket, and fuel lines. I don't want to let the chip go but I need money badly.

running 13:1 under high boost is getting a bit dodgy.

It stays 12-12.5:1 under boost.

Im amazed that people have mod thoughts in their head and no dayum boost gauge, that's RETARDS FTL right there, man this was entertaining, and the good info was cool too.

Man this is addictive. The car is a totally different animal! I can't wait to feel it once I put the down pipe, exhaust, GLT cams, and CAI on!
Anyways, at WOT my stock needle goes right to the end of the white and stays right there all the way to redline. It's my understanding that the end of the white is 15psi. Is that correct?
The BSR Stage 3 is supposed to be 18psi which is why I'm wondering.
No, I don't have my Defi boost gauge hooked up yet. I know the stock gauge is crap but only because it's slow to repsond.

Didnt you swap Jason for a bit??? I might be thinking of someone else.
BoostJunkie (Jason) was running the bSR stage III and he said it holds 18psi till almost redline i think. Says it pulled sooo much more aggressively then his Speedtuning chip.
Looking into this tuning as well, thanks for the great response Slater.

The 15G with DP and cat-back will surge to well over 17 psi on downshifts. When you run the Upsolute, throw in a MBC and see what it will do. The Uspolute maps that I have had have been very rich and work well with balls-out MBC settings.
I calibrated my factory gauge and it was 15psi at the end of the white bar under the stock gauge.

18psi is what BSR claims.
So it's the 15G wg actuator holding me back? Or the stock BCS?

Its the stock exhaust holding you back for sure. with my ST 17psi chip i would only see 14-15 psi with stock exhaust. Put the 3inch dp and ehxuast on and got my money's worth.
