I tried the silicone grease, it was to no avail. Does anyone else have any ideas or does anyone else have this problem?

no sound at all, it simply moves very SLOWLY, sometimes it even stops...

I dont know what it is but im curious about this too. Mine never actually stop but they do go up & down slowly.

nah, mine are still slow sometimes...I would think it's the rail being off a little or the motor just getting old....another try could be the switch connection fixes someone posted a while ago.

my windows were going up and down slowly and my front passenger side actually stopped working for about 20 minutes...
... I did nothing and now they're fine...
so my suggestion is to do nothing.

I'd remove the door panel

And try to figure out whats up. have some cleaner, cause if the windows have been tinted, lots of times the glue runs down when they put the film on the windows and it could cause a problem later.
With the door off, remove the window switch from the door panel, hook it up and work the window and narrow down the binding. Have some spray lube, handy.
