I've tried searching and reading but didn't come across this so forgive me if this was discussed.

On the turbocharger, there these three lines. The way I understand it, the red is connected for boost pressure, yellow goes to the pressure regulator (wastegate) and the white is the bypass valve hose. The first two connects to the TCV and the white (bypass valve hose) connects to the intake manifold port just below the port to the EVAP line. The ECU measures the boost pressure and adjust wastegate accordingly? The bypass valve line is a vacuum line. What is it for?

Another question, where it connects to the bypass valve, it doesn't seem to hold any vacuum. Is this normal? Otherwise, car runs fine.

From the way I'm reading it..that line is just your dump recirculating back into the intake
