so recently i have been noticing that my E brake uhhhh DOESNT WORK. after pulling it up i still roll back in park till it catches and if i am in neutral the car wont stop at all. does it need to be replaced or can it be adjusted to be tighter?

There's adjusters inside the arm rest console and at the e-brake shoes. Check them out. Maybe a combination of stretched cables and/or problem at the shoes.

"Assuming" everything is OK with the E-brake system, there are two adjustments.
The easy one is in the center console, lift the lid, and then take out the cover thats fwd. Now you can put your hand in and FWD and fell the adjuster to the hand brake. It takes a large torx, not sure what size, (40or 50) My 8 mm wrench fits around the shaft so I can turn it cause there is only enough room to fit the socket in there. Turn it clock wise to tighten it. If it's in the stops and can't be tightened, then loosen it all the way, and adjust the rear brakes. Let me know if you have to do the rear brakes adjustment and I'll cover that.
