my cruise just started acting up. nothing preceded it, in fact it was working fine.
problem is that when a hill comes it does not start to pick up the throttle, it just keeps slowing down very gradually. it will hold on a flat surface, but not a hill.
ideas?

What happens with the boost guage when it starts going up hill?

nothing. car runs fine. it just isn't throttling like it should in cruise.

Sounds vacuum related.....pull vacuum on the system with a hand held pump at the cruise pump elbow and see if it holds for awhile
