Prices for parts are very high compared to FCPGroton. All parts are at least double in price that other places. I will not be using the parts department for anything other than an emergency part when my car is broken down on the side of the road. Here is a comparison on some 850 parts:

Gwinnett Volvo FCPGroton
$165 $85 + $13 shipping Front Splash Guard
$13.95 $3.95 Oil Filter
$1.71 $0.20 Oil Drain Plug Aluminum Washer

I have owned six Volvos and do all my own work. I had rather put on aftermarket parts or used parts rather than pay this much above a reasonable price.

The dealer is usually going to be higher than an indie shop like V@G. FWIW, one of their service guys, Mike, is a really great guy.

I usually get my emregency parts from South Gwinnett Volvo in Snellville.

We have monthly Volvo meets (1st Sunday of the month) in the Gwinnett Place Mall area (Dave and Busters is where we always seem to end up) and he's always there.

PM me and I'll get you the info if you're interested.
