I have taken the "C" there twice now and have been very impressed. Dont get me wrong they rape you with parts and labor on price, but while I still have my warrenty I wont go anywhere else. Also on my last visit I had them fix my windows b/c they were leaking, they had to put in new cassetes and a bunch of other parts. They had my car for 3 days I was getting annoyed. But they let me come in and see what they where dealing with. Man I never new an inside of a volvo door was so complicated. It was like a wire/pulley system, just blew me away. And the tech was telling me that a lot of the guys hate working on the C70's windows because all of them are hand made and it hard to get the windows perfect b/c they are all different. I had a loner the whole time so it wasnt so bad. I give them 9.

I have been taking both of my cars, the S90 and my 850 there for years and purchased my first volvo there. I am amazed with service, and as far as prices go in the world these days they aren't that bad. I am proud to take my car there for the great service and friendly help. I would never take my car there, or to any garadge for regular maintenance that can be performed myself for the outrageous prices, but for major things, such as seat motors, sunroof, window motors and setups, i would gladly take my car there and fell safe with it being there. I would give them a 10
B-e-a-utiful 1997 850 R. Worst thing on it is the paint... Haha.
Mods - Dual Rear Fogs, Full grounding and voltage stabilizing kit, drop in k&n, 8mm front spacers, and working on dark corners.
Future - Refinish on stock rims, possibly widening, full metal and silicone turbo piping, HIDS, and a transmission cooler... all depends on christmas.

Their parts department, like most parts departments I've ever spoken with, don't really know all that much beyond what it tells them on their computer screen.

I've heard good things about their service though, and there's even an alright guy who works there sometimes smile.gif (don't think he's on VS yet, has/had account troubles)

Only experience I've gotten from the Volvo store is Tim and the techs working late hours to get my 940 ready to buy. Also Tim has been extremely helpful when I needed it. The VStore should be proud to have him.
