Ya there is always a but, Yes, it is important that you fill out your location. and please list the make model and mileage of the car you are trying to get help for, it's really hard to give you any reasonable information about your problem. So if you are a member, put a sig line in that at least has the make and model of your car. Location would be nice as well.

I'd also like to add that that when you're asking a question, especially if it's lengthy..
Space it out..
When you type in ONE huge paragraph, it makes it very hard to read, and thus people don't, and you get no responses, and no help.
