The new FCPGroton is really coming through on good customer service! I had some parts go bad prematurely and they are giving me a credit equal to what they were worth new 6 months ago. Thanks Scott!

Thanks FCP for the Cybershot week. I had just purchased another car, a 98 S70 GLT that needed some engine work done. I loaded up on parts for the rebuild and some other needed parts as well. Saved a bucket of cash. Just an atta-boy for you.

Talk about availability.....

I was exchanging emails with FCP a few Saturday nights ago around 11PM while at a local bar, they gave me my quote, took my payment and confirmed payment was received before the night was over......pretty impressive if you ask me.

I had tracking the next business day and my struts the following!!!

I don't know of any other companies that would be doing business on their personal time.......way to go guys and thanks alot!

On top of that, every experience I've had with FCP has been outstanding.

Just did a warranty exchange on some parts. It was a fast, easy, and seemless transaction. FCP covered shipping for the replacement parts. Always a rewarding and pleasant transaction! Keep it up FCP!!! Thank you!

I have to visit this thread again and probably will as well every time we do business.

So it was time for 302's up front..........

I put together my order for the brackets, ATE Premium One rotors, Mintex pads and 6 new strut mount locknuts. My strut mounts are Genuine, new units and I have recently purchased a really nice looking strut brace. I meant to make the locknuts shiny when I installed the mounts but procrastinated. Once all is together it should look pretty spiffy!

After I put my order together the site would not let me check out so I think, no big deal, I'll give them a call. I reached a salesman very fast, gave him a list of P/N's and quantities, gave my FCP account info., gave my payment info., said thanks and it's been a pleasure and that was that. It did not take more than 5 minutes, which is extremely convenient for a tired night shifter.

I then receive my invoice and full ship confirmation and the very next day (now), the package arrives on my door step.

Are you kidding me? Less than 24 hrs. and the items get delivered???

Excellent company all around is all I have to say, it's hard to say this most of the time about other companies but it is a pleasure dealing with FCP each and every time.

got some aftermarket oil cooler lines from fcp, not their fault but the line fitting on the upper line was .007" larger then the oem one i pulled off, needless to say there is no way it is going to fit without taking it to a lathe.

The only reason my $200 wagon runs is because of FCP Groton.

When ever I need a part I call it in, they hold it for me and I go pick it up.

Can't get better than that.

we just did a big order with fcp for my moms xc70, gave us amazing pricing, but did send us one wrong part....of course they took care of it right away and gave us even MORE money off. Always pleased with fcp, keep it up.

Not that it needs repeating, but FCP is awesome. Great pricing (on par with or better than what Volvo employee's pay ) and even better service. Ordered a few different things here and there, always at my door in under 24 hours, just with standard ground shipping too!
