Yes Bay 13, its a S40 2.0 Turbo automatic phase one year 2000.
The noise is temporarly when ignition is off, and when I put off the fuse
Vacum-Pump, noise goes away. I guess also could be a relay which belongs
to the vacumpump, any idea Bay 13 ?

I'll have to check the schematics and look at a few cars in the shop. The fuse you are pulling for the vacuum pump is it a 10 amp (red) fuse or a 15amp Blue fuse?

Att. Bay 13, its a 10Amp red fuse.
I have to point out tt the noise is temporarly and could be present even during
the night. Thats the reason why I ve to pull out the fuse to prevent tt my battery
will be discharged.. very unconfortable...
Looking forward in seeing yr inputs, thank you b4hand

The 10amp fuse tells me that your vacuum pump for the brakes is in the left front fender, there is also a relay there that is more than likely the cause of your problem, I suspect it is arked shut and it should only come on when there isn't enough vacuum in the system. Take the left front wheel off, open up the plastic fender liner and you should see the vacuum pump in a bracket there. The relay is suppose to be clipped to the front of that frame but often the clip rusts out and you will find it hanging down and often there is water in it.
The part number for the relay is 1323592
