I lost one of my keyless remotes for my 1999 S80 and have been wanting to replace it. I see unsed remotes advertised on ebay, but am not certain if there is a problem with having the dealer reprogram these things. Would I be better off paying the big dollars and going new ???

Unless the remote is in a sealed package with the bar code piece of paper that has the numbers you need to program the remote to the car it is useless.
