Seriously, you don't want that thing dying inside your dash. I have no idea how to catch it, but maybe you can call your local pet store (or pest control) for some ideas on how to trap it and set it back where it belongs.

I'd go with that, but don't kill the poor thing - it'd probably smell awful stuck behind the dash.
I'd visit a pet store and ask them to help.

I am sure he was hoping we would have suggestions on what to do. If I was at home, I would simply use my spare key. Of course the NWC doesn't have to worry about iguana living in our cars.
