[Twinturbo]

When the car is idling, there is a loud noise coming from the engine compartment. It happens most the time when I in a drive-thru. It's a constant "di di di" sound. But it disappears once the car is moving. Also, after a hard-driving and when I’m cooling down the turbo, the noise will come on too. Anybody with any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Lots of things can be heard when next to a wall or in a parking garage, doesn't mean it's not always there it's just that environment allows you to hear it better. To run any engine noise down you have to open the hood and find where it is coming from.
