I checked the dipstick & it looks fine, just a bit low.
So my final questions are since I’m burning oil:
1. Does blown head gasket means the car will start leak oil (under the car)? I'm sure its not leaking now.
2. Can I drive 700 miles distances at a time?
I guess I will have to check my oil level frequently now due to burning situation.
All help will de DEEPLY appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

It sounds like this topic was going on before. So I'm not aware of what was discussed before.
Blown head gasket symptoms are varied, oil consumpiton would be towards the end of the list.
Primary issues with blown gaskets are:
Loss of coolant, overheating, coolant/water in the oil, milky oil (and loss of lubrication), missfire due to fouled plugs, misfire due to loss of compression, damaged catalic converter, damaged oxygen sensors and somewhere around here, if the head gasket is damaged in an area the allows oil to enter the combustion chamber, oil loss.
You need to perform some tests to determine the condition of you rings, gasket integrity, etc.
Compression test.
Differential pressure test (May have another name)to pump air into a DTC cylinder to determing the physical integrity of rings, valves and head gasket.

First, when you check your oil level, what does the Dipstick look like? If the oil looks "Normal" no whitness or creamy color, then check your coolant. Again you are looking for a change in color or a smell of oil in the coolant.
If there is water and oil mixing then the most likely cause is the Head Gasket. If it is, then stop driving the car immediately or you will cause severe damage to engine internals.
Has the car overheated? Is it a Turbo, have you Overboosted or do you have any mods to increase the boost level? What kind of oil are you using? How many miles on the car? Is there any smoke when driving? If so, what color is the smoke?
Lots of things can cause higher than normal oil consumption.
