had front tires replaced from americas tires in campbell, ca. their balancer left circular marks on the wheels and they denied it.
total bs. never getting tires mounted there again.

Bought 4 sets of rims and tires from them...always cheapest and best service. BUT I know people that work there sooo could just be that. Either way great experiences for me

i just ordered some rims and tires from them. was told they were in stock. next day called and was told they didn't have them and didn't even have them on order. canceled order.

Bought tires from them, they matched prices from tirerack. They've been very nice to me, helped me out checking for bent rims, flats, etc. Also haven't had a problem servicing my tirees even though they've been on 3 different cars. However, I know people who have had bad luck with them (lowered car, spring fell out of spring seat, they didn't notice)

Just bought a replacement tire from here.
Still great quick and easy purchasing.
Shipping was free of course which is always a plus and they ship fast.
I got my tire in less then 5 days from when I purchased it. And it came from Texas not Ohio.

I have been there several times and had no problem until the last time. Just got 2 new tires there last week, 2 days ago driving and suddenly hear ugly noise from left front, come home tell husband he drives it to hear noise jacks it up all 4 wheels had loose lugs but the left front we could move it was so loose. I may now have to replace that hub which they said they will pay for. That is a huge fup if you ask me, very dangerous. I spoke to the guy that hand torqued them himself and thought he must have a broken torque wrench. I wonder if anyone has had a wheel fall off yet.

I bought tires there, and they were cheaper than tire rack. Discount tire does not have a retail store in my state, so I don't have to pay taxes. I mount and balance the tires myself too.
They've been exceptionally nice to me. I've had to buy two replacement tires since buying the set, and they really helped me out. (I didn't buy the warranty up front)
I recommended them to several other people. Those people have ordered from them and they have been happy with Discount tire also.
They tell you, when you call and order, where the tires are coming from, and how long it will take to receive them.
For instance, the last tire I ordered was on Friday Feb 23. They told me I would receive it on the 27th or 28th. I received it on Tuesday the 27th.

Had the same thing happen to me, guy told me they would have them in stock in a month, waited over 2 months, and then just canceled.

That's funny when I price out tires between Discount and Tirerack, Tirerack is cheaper, even with shipping.

You can bargain prices w/ Discount Tire (The store, not Direct).

Purchased 4x 205/40/R17 Yokohama's for my Pegs 3 years ago. Got the warranty for 12 bucks a tire, which was lucky as i have had two get damaged - i called them up and 5 days later the new tire was at my doorstep. Recommend them all around esp the warranty! Excellent customer service, no hassle warranty!
