hes getting a skyline imported from japan, this guy he knows is importing 2, one white, one blue, and the one the guy doesn't pick to keep, my friend takes.

its the R32 GTR, so it has the motor already in it. no need for a swap.

As I said deep pockets and connections. I have a Brother who is based in Japan who at one time planed to import a Skyline. You are looking at about 16-$21,000 in just converting the car over to meet DOT standards on top of car cost and shipping. One of his Friends has two Skylines waiting to be approved.
