The tints are actually two layers of 15% tint. I was afraid 5% would be too dark and went with 15% but then I did not like the way it looked with one layer of 15%. The tint guy said it's about equal to about 7% - 5% or so. Works fine if I had to do over I would just go 5%.

I actually run 245/35/19's all the way around. Don't have any problems with rubbing unless im at full lock and even then its not an issue. I would rather have the slightly larger sidewall as the combination of a lowered suspension, small sidewall and an already stiff ride equals loose teeth!
fwiw:
225/35/19 - 78.75mm sidewall overall tire size - 25.2"
245/35/19 - 85.75mm sidewall overall tire size - 25.75"
235/40/18 - 94.00mm sidewall overall tire size - 25.4"
edit: Here is a side shot of the tires. It's still pretty thin.
