Just assembled the kit the way George told me, and the rotor still isn't centered on the caliper. The rotor actually hits the inside of the caliper. Here's a pic:

i had to do that with my mountain bikes calipers so they would fit flush.

Actually, it is a bit better now than that picture shows. He got it to fit later on, which is why he says there is .27mm clearance for the wheels. I have over double that and I think mine is close. He is going to either go with 16mm spacers, or shave the wheels for extra clearance.

This is what I was talking to you about several months ago George. Johann had a 1mm spacer machined to help the clearance or the rotor on the caliper.
