I read somewhere that in Seattle, for every 4 days of sunshine, there are at least 20 days of rain. Can anyone confirm this?

yo, i could have sworn, before i talked to kevin on AIM, i always heard it rained like 24/7 in seattle, and then i looked at weather.com... they have less rain than we have hear... lol
