Well, I finally realized it was time for an exhaust system so I committed to going with a custom turbo-back exhaust. So after seeing Josh's dual exhaust in person on his V70, I decided to get an exhaust done at the same shop where he got his done. After getting a price, I decided to go ahead and get it done at a place called Mufflex Performance in Hamilton, NJ. Josh was telling me that they did Porsches, Lambos, and Audis so it sounded professional, as well as the way his exhaust looked. I went with a Magnaflow cat and muffler, and 2 resonators. I love the way it sounds, fairly quiet (no drone smile.gif) but very nice when you go WOT!

You have a resonator right after your high low cat? blink.gif Also why didn't you have them build you a down pipe?

Josh, do you have pics of your car somewhere, i'd like to see your exhaust.

Connor, did you drive all the way from VA to NJ for the exhaust? Also, do you have a pic of then entire car with the new exhaust?

Thanks

Its actually flexpipe back. They said they didnt do a full downpipe because of limited space in that area.

Very nice, love your wheels! Gotta get me some Comets!

It sounds really nice. My only question is the same, why add 2 resonators in the setup? To control the noise? Did you consider going dual exhaust?

I had a shop tell me they couldn't do 3'' down pipe, it was funny. you should've just argued with them, they would've done it...otherwise not worth the money IMO...'nice welds.'

i've yet to even look, is 3'' back too low to the ground if you go straight back rather then follow the molded stock exhaust lines..?

Yeah Connors dad did install my exhaust but I think Connor wanted something different and maybe something a little more quieter. Besides....... the exhaust I had made from VMS took some time to make and many would not like the wait time.

Connor the exhaust looks great man and I can't wait to check it out when you get back in town. cool.gif

Oh by the way everyone............ HAPPY NEW YEAR! cool.gif
