Found a guy through a friend who owns the same car as I do, who runs a repair shop in Sweetwater, TN. That's half way between Chattanooga and Knoxville. This guy only charges $30 an hour, is competent and loves working on Volvo's. He also likes DIY'ers and will work with you if you want and lets you bring your own parts in. He knows his stuff too and am always surprised at how low my bill is from him after he does some major stuff on my cars. Anyway, the place is called "The Shop," and the mechanic's name is Finess (pronounced like finest) Gibson. You can call The Shop at 423-519-7467. He works from about 10-6PM Tuesdays-Fridays. Tell him that David with the green S70 told you about him.
