Erie Volvo seems to have a couple (used VGC). I got it for WAY less than retail. It looks good, but only delivery will tell. They have generally good ratings.

airbag part on the passenger side tends to bubble up over time.

I have that airbag problem and in the center on the passenger side, it is sticking off a little. Just want it to look a little nicer.

what was wrong with your original?
Airbag cover "peel". Time for a new one. Good excuse to tighten up the entire upper and lower dash fitment too.
