Open with excel

AFR, RPM and Boost, all charted out.

Turns out I had my voltage regulator wired backwards. rolleyes.gif

Anyway, next up in my mad datalogging affair is timing advance and retardation.

nice, start from the beginning.

timing advance/retard x boost x rpm would be nice.

i think it would be nice to learn how the cars work before modding them, so i fully support you good sir!

Although I came up with the idea for datalogging timing advance\retard all on my own. I don't really have a good idea of how to do it, but I figure if it's readable via certain scan tools, there must be somewhere else to pull that reading from, right?

the mod to end all mods! ph34r.gif

Now that's a fair amount of data. Find anything useful with it?

If you can read PWM signals, you can probably tap into the VVT solenoid, but who the hell knows where that is...

Using an inductive clamp for RPM, a GM 3 bar map sensor for boost, and an LM-1 for AFR and datalogging everything. Using the RPM converter w/ the LM-1 to gather all the data. And an XD-1 to show me what I want to see on the fly.
