Hey fellas,

Well, I hadn't posted on the progress of the C in awhile now so I figured I would post the current progress. The SPM rods & Venolia pistons have been ordered from John(JRoss). They should hopefully be here in the next couple weeks. The head is at a local shop, D&L performance. They have done some headwork on the older volvo's and are great guys. I had to custom order some valves and they should be in the head within the next two weeks. Other than that I have been filling up the closet shelf with car parts. I don't have a definite time frame yet but im hoping to have the car back together and running by mid-to-late Feb. My rebuild is going a little slower than a few of the other boardmembers but I am trying to pace myself as everything has been out of pocket. I am happy to say though that I haven't put a penny on any credit cards which is nice:) Anyways, onto the pics.

RIP kit, EST intake, Walbro fuel pump, new Urethane mount. My sparco seat brackets are hangin out in the corner. I will get the new seats mounted one of these years.


New suspension. KW Variant 2 coilovers! No more monster truck ride, lol.


I'll get some new pics and update the thread once the engine starts going back together.

You still didn't get an R bumper? Well, I had someone scrape the corner of this bumper so if I can pick up a painted one for a decent price its yours. I'll try to work something out for ya. Gotta try to keep peace between the NW & the NE crews

He just wants my R bumper. Maybe when I get my tax refund in. I have spent alot of money in the past month or so on car parts and I don't know if I can justify spending the money on a new bumper right now. I honestly can't even remember what the deal was from the wanted thread. Searching now, lol.

Which parts? Im at the point of no return. Don't even want to think about the day I end up selling the car. Definately the worst investment I have made, but oh so much fun!
