Dude yeah you havent been around in months!! Did you take those pictures today? I love how i've been to that same complex yet couldnt nearly get pictures that nice.
As for what that building is used for - its just an office building for the local Real estate tycoon.

I took the pics on the weekend. Nice and sunny but cold as hell (busted my tripod because of the cold.)
I love that building complex. Nice clean glass buildings with nice landscape make for some good pictures. They are well lit at night too, perhaps a nice place for a local photoshoot?
Pics were taken with a Canon Digi Rebel XT. The camera made me realize just how much more I have to learn about photography (or even just taking snapshots.)
Someone mentioned the VS decal? When I put it on I thought it was great, but now I am a little indifferent about it... I dunno It may just come off in the car wash or something

ARG! Where's the snow!?!?!?! 
It's been around -20 C all week and the snow has been like a foot deep since November....

Yeah we got about 3-4 inches of snow last night. Its a welcome change after like 3 weeks of rain - i thought it was winter?

Man, that is a sick building. Would def. be a sick place for a photoshoot... too bad canada is so far from here, even though it really isn't thhhhat far.

The really cool thing about that building is that it isnt the only one - the complex has i think 6 and their all like that - its a really really nice "buisness park"

I have a "industrial park" in my town, not much to look at but a great place to shut down for some racing... not that I do that.....
