played w couple of things...not too bad for 5 mins worth of work. my wallpaper at the time
and as much as i wanted to change these wheels, they keep on growing on me

To me, someone who can only use photoshop to touch up pictures and make people look tan, that is amazing! I wish I could do that!

Which i would say is the only downfall with digital photography. People can make any crappy shot look good, vs. film where you actually have to be good!

nope. not true. you can either compose a good shot or you can't... digital technology doesn't make someone more talented. a crappy shot is a crappy shot... trust me, I deal with them everyday.
the reality of it is that everything becomes digital anyway... do you really think professional photographers just use their film to make prints? most film is still scanned in digitally. even if it's left unaltered, dust and scratches are removed using the likes of photoshop and the color is adjusted.
digital photography and photoshop are simply tools. just like a darkroom is a tool. sure, one takes more "hands-on" skill than the other and could be considered more of a craft... but you still have to have the talent to use both well.

I was having the same problem before the snow tires... and will most likely continue to have the same problem after snow tire season is over... they really aren't that bad.
