would it be possible to detail the polishing process that you did?

I have NO experience polishing aluminum

did you have to clear coat everything when you were done?

Me too. wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif .... so hot. Question: Will all that stuff stay that shiney w/ just wiping it w/ a rag once a month or will it start to oxidize like the stock pieces normally do?

yes, but just wiping my old brakes down once a week woudln't turn them into WP's...

smile.gif

i polished my valve cover, (albeit not 1/4 as nice as chad's job) and just give it a halfassed cleaning once a week, and it looks good as new.

wow that looks amazing!! I was under the assumption that you sent those out to get them profesionally done? If you did it yourself i'd like to hear how you did such a good job - perhaps a writeup is in order?

What's that short flat bracket in the top right corner to? The one next to the fuel rail?

Also, don't recognize the thing in the very bottom left corner - is that the air pump housing?
