man this thing is claybared and waxed so many times, i just rinse it off and dry it, whole process of me getting it to the way that it is in the pics takes about 30 mins. and today was like almost 50 degrees so y the hell not clean it, do u like driving ur car with salt on it?

I hope you use soap...you're just dragging dirt across the paint if you just rinse it off=scratch city (unless you are washing it like everyday and keeping it garaged)

Dont worry about the tints all around. my old spec v sentra had tinted window all around and an attention grabbing fart can, but i never once got harrassed. so on a volvo like yours I dont think the Cops are going to be giving you to much crap.......and the car looks good

Pretty sure that Illinois laws only apply to cars registered in Illinois.
