So I was at work in Roseville the other day and had just dropped a patient at Kaiser Roseville and came to a stoplight and what did I see across the way ??? this:




Does anyone know who this is ?? I've never seen anything like it.... pretty seet though. Sorry my pic is bad - camera phone....

and today I saw a lifted OLD Honda, like one of the civic cvcc's from waaaay back.... weird stuff coming out lately. unfortuantely I was on the phone at the time so I couldnt get a pic of it

Man, i thought volvo had a all terrain road vehicle in europe back in the day, but that is defintily just a lifted brick!!

I read about that somewhere, I think on turbo bricks. Seems really cool. Apparently he has done that to a bunch of cars including a diesel mercedes wagon.

an S10 frame ? pretty ingenious... itd be interesting to find out how long that took him. I think its pretty cool too. I wonder if he knows the guy with the old CVCC Civic thats lifted ?

yeah dudes out in cali where emission laws say that the car has to be so old before its excluded, i think, its been a while since i read the article

that would make sense... I think the law now says to be exempt from smog it has to be 74 or older... or close to that. I have no idea what year that shaggin wagon is though... not that read on classic Volvo's

25+ years old and its exempt, so 76 and older is exempt this year

its gotten all the way to 76? thats nuts...makes some of those mid 70s V8 that were dogs cuz of smog seem a bit more attractive now.
