The only order currently, or the only order EVER? Sometimes thieves capture so many numbers it takes them a while to get to them.

The order was placed on my mom's credit card. She has had previous identity theft "scares" (i.e., information security compromised from thefts of bank computers), so she uses her credit card very, very, very sparingly. I'm talking about once in a blue moon type thing...
Because of her previous identity theft scares, my mom added an extra layer of security by getting a new credit card number and placing a fraud alert on her credit card reports.
In short, she had a new credit card number before we placed the order and she got another new credit card number after we received notice of the fraudulent charges.

But, this is just our experience.
You are free to draw your own conclusions and hopefully, this will never happen to anyone else using this company.

It is a shame really, because they were so easy to order from and always had what I was looking for.

Have placed several orders with them, and the first few orders were ok. Good delivery times and prices for the most part(First order was a hassle). Last few inquiries were slow or nonexistent replies. My last and final order with this place was on an s40 front lip spoiler. Order was placed and then they said they couldn't do it at the price they offered on the web page. Said I had to pay 35 extra to get it. This is a piece of plastic that ways less than a 1 lb. , what a load of bull. I went to a local body shop and ordered through them the part for less money. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A VENDOR THAT WILL NOT HONOR THE PRICES POSTED ON THEIR PARTS!

the worst experience ever with that site; And I buy frequently online, like one order per month with different vendors/sites

I ordered one part like 2 weeks ago and the only answer is that will be shipped shortly.
They have no idea when or if the order will be shipped.

Avoid them.

Chances are they had to order the part from Sweden. That's happened to me with a part I ordered from them recently. It did take a little longer than normal for them to ship out the part, but it was also an obscure part that wouldn't normally be in stock. A quick phone call with Jason, I got my answer, and bam!

Sometimes you have to realized that it's beyond their control. Also, I'm sure they have off-days just like you and I. Regardless, I've had nothing but the best customer service from them and extremely competitive prices. And that's saying something because since I'm in-state I pay taxes on my orders from them!

November 15 today and the part didn't arrived yet;
still the CC was charged few weeks ago, when they supposedly had the item and they shipped it;


the worst internet vendor ever; to be avoided at all cost.
