So as were coming home from Burgerball we got something to eat at ampm and were driving down the 101 and hit some traffic, I hit the brakes and the drink spilled and hit the bottum 1" of my radio (not too bad). After that my radio just says "Phone" on the display and wont work. I tried turning it off and disconneting the battery and it still says it. Any suggestions?

did u take it out to dry? cuz if the radio doesn't dry up... the liquid can still short stuff out. There was a thread a while back about the "phone" message on the radio...
It was about some pin getting grounded to so that it can mute for a cellphone call... but i'm guessing that u shorted out the circuit inside... so take it out and let it dry out first. Then give it a try...

That sounds like a problem but I would suggest the above and take the radio out and making sure it's dry. It's pretty easy to remove the stock radio. If it's still dead I'm going to be selling my SC-815 in the next week once my in-dash DVD touchscreen arrives.

It means get on the phone and order a new stereo!
Sorry to hear that happened! Perfect excuse for a new deck or a carputer, though!
