I dis-connected the intercooler pipe at the top, behind the radiator....easiest one to get to.
The line has a film of Oil in it?
Is this normal?
169k miles and original piping.
Pulls hard...good pressure etc...

Thin film is normal. When you start to get gobs in there and it begins to leak from the weep hole in the bottom of the intercooler, that's when it's time for a new turbo.
