RE: my 1993 850 GLT. I noticed in my paper wiring diagram from Volvo that the upper section of fuses and relays can be removed (upwards) somehow to reveal another group of relays living underneath. How do you remove the first layer? The manual never shows how. I looked underneath the first row with a flashlight and couldn't see any relays...
