Oil Leak Around Turbo And Sputtering + Lambda Indicator

Very nice car, aside from the fact that when i went to drive it today i noticed a small amount of oil burning off from the vicinity of the turbo. It seemed that there was oil buildup around the piping that goes over the engine down towards the turbo as well. Any ideas what this could be? My dad said that when the engine was revved the smoke increased, but after the car warmed up and was idling i could no longer see any smoke at all.
Second issue: The car had not been driven in several weeks and when i pulled out of the lot and put the pedal down about halfway, the car sputtered terribly. At this time the lambda indicator on the dash came on and began flashing. After a few more minutes of around town driving the car seemed fine and would hit 5K RPMS no problem. The indicator remained on for the duration of the drive.
Possible causes of this? Also, what exactly does tha lambda indicator light mean? ( I remember seeing a thread about this, but after several searches found only small reference to O2 sensor.)
Any help is greatly appreciated, as i would like to make a decision on this car ASAP.
Thanks!

It's kinda funny, speedo is in miles per hour, but climate control is in Celsius.

I never said it would be difficult.
Back on topic though, does anyone have any ideas about the oil leak?

Leaky lines = big issue, or simple Stage 0 fix?
Also, how much $ am i looking at to replace the O2 sensor?

Leaky lines aren't a Stage 0, but not a huge deal. Similar to replacing brake lines if you've ever done that. And the O2 will depend, check FCP Groton for your specific car as I'm not sure on pricing.

Does anyone have decent diagrams of the turbo area, so i can try to figure out where this oil is coming from.

Would leakage on a car with almost 100K miles be due for a turbo replacement?
