i have this button near the sunroof button called "Tracs" and when i press it it says tracs off but it's default position is on, what does it do? i was guessing traction control but then what about that "winter" button near the shifter?

Yea that traction control. The winter button just starts out in second instead of first so you don't spin your tires in the snow.
