Im having a problem with my remotes. I have changed the batteries in both remotes, checked all the fuses and Ive tried to reprogram the remotes. (5 times on and off then push buttons on the remote. Ive had no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Also, the keyhole on my truck lid doesnt turn.

1996 850R Black with black interior. w/ 94K miles - B+G Springs with Bilstein HD struts and shocks, Bridgestone Potenza SO-3's 215/45/17 on Volans for the summer, and Dunlop Graspic DS-2's 195/60/15 on Volvo 15" steel wheels for the winter. K&N Filter, Clear side markers, E-code Lenses and E-code 2-bulb corners.

I have the same problem... I think the actual remote module in the car is shot. I haven't felt like dealing with it, so I just use my keys.

Is the trunk lid in locked state or unlocked state? I have an intermittant problem with the remote not working and a lot of times, I find the rear hatch to be unlocked. That's after locking with the remote and all the doors locked except for the hatch.
Also, when this happens, the alarm won't be armed. The LED won't flash.
Just something to check.

That's right. There are microswitches in the door and trunk latches that checks that they're all in the same direction (lock or unlock). If they're not in the same direction due to a broken latch motor or the microswitches are defective, the remote won't work.
Try manually locking them then use the remote to open. If that doesn't work, manually unlock them then try remote to lock. This should help you narrow down which latch is the problem.
If still doesn't work, perhaps something else is wrong.

The trunk lid locks and unlocks with the rest of the doors, however when I put the key in the trunk lid I cant turn it.
When I lock the car with the keys the led on the dash does flash. I have tried the remote several times with no success.
