Just replaced pads and rotors (mintex and brembos) and now it doesn't stop for beans. Bleed 2x and replaced brake fluid and still no good.
Even though I followed the break in directions as well as I could (not easy in traffic) they appear to be glazed.
How can I salvage my brakes?

You can sandpaper the glaze off the pads and the rotors. You'll need a metal cutting abrasive paper for the rotors. Be careful that you keep things flat. If the pads are really cooked, you'll need new ones.

I've read that you can actually try the break-in process again even with glazed pads/rotors. Speed up to 60, go to a dead stop, repeat. Then up to 35, to a dead stop, repeat.
Something like that. Might be worth a shot before sanding or even replacing your brake parts. Make sure you can complete it though, stopping half way through doesn't help and can even hurt the break-in process.

Save yourself the trouble. Deglaze the rotors and switch pads. If you use the same pads, it will come back.
