Ok so I have these pics of my random oil leak, I just want to know what it is, I asked my local dealership I just felt stupid because I didnt know what they were talking about. They were talking about some intertube placed in the intake where it meets the turbo...any help would be much welcomed since I'll be driving from WI to MN and back.

I don't think that's anything that would prevent a trip. Oil on the turbo housing there is supposed to be kinda normal for our cars at this point. I'd just keep an eye on the oil level when you fill the car. I think you should be fine.

i've been under a few volvos, and oil on the turbo housing is completely normal for the ones I've been under, so I don't know if you indeed have a problem. if anything, I think your dealer was talking about the turbo oil return line seal and o-ring. the parts cost about $2 (gasket and oring), and it takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to do depending on how confident you are. I've done mine twice and it takes me about 30 minutes once I've gotten the car up on ramps.

Well it isnt the oil return since it is dry there, is there a pcv valve? and if there is could that be the problem. I also am wondering if it could be because the oil return line is clugged?

3 places that would likely be coming from.
1. inlet piping to the turbo. whether it's dripping down from where the pcv system meets up with the intake, or leaking past the clamp onto the compressor inlet, this is pretty likely.
2. compressor outlet coupler. the rubber hose with clamps here can still seep oil out, even if it's pretty tight. it'll drip down the sides of the comp housing and pool right where you are seeing it.
3. cbv (compressor bypass valve, aka blowoff valve) can seep oil out where it is bolted to the compressor housing as well. my car has this issue right now.
all 3 are pretty low risk and likely not worth worrying about.
it's definitely not a clogged return line.. your car would be smoking out of the exhaust like crazy because it'd be forcing all of the turbo's oil past the shaft seals into the comp and turbine housings.

As long as you keep checking your oil level, it's okay to have a little on the bottom there. You can replace things to all ends and likely never see an end to the drippage...
If you haven't done the oil return line Pras mentioned, and know that it hasn't been done in a while, definitely take care of that.
