3 places that would likely be coming from.
1. inlet piping to the turbo. whether it's dripping down from where the pcv system meets up with the intake, or leaking past the clamp onto the compressor inlet, this is pretty likely.
2. compressor outlet coupler. the rubber hose with clamps here can still seep oil out, even if it's pretty tight. it'll drip down the sides of the comp housing and pool right where you are seeing it.
3. cbv (compressor bypass valve, aka blowoff valve) can seep oil out where it is bolted to the compressor housing as well. my car has this issue right now.
all 3 are pretty low risk and likely not worth worrying about.
it's definitely not a clogged return line.. your car would be smoking out of the exhaust like crazy because it'd be forcing all of the turbo's oil past the shaft seals into the comp and turbine housings.
