Comments: Well known in the area for Volvo expertise. Have taken my fathers 244 and my 854 there on numerous occasions. Very nice people and quality of work is above par. I worked with them a a under-study for a while in High School and they were more than willing to teach me every thing about Volvo's.
Located SW Burnham Ave between Main street and Hall Blvd. Next to Tigard Alignment.

Mark and Wayne totally rock!
I have known them since I was in High School (a long, long time ago! ;o)> and they have worked on all of my Volvos (242T, 854GLT, and V70R) since the early 90's. If I hadn't relocated to Seattle, they still would be!
I can't recommend them enough...

Just to bring this discussion up to date.
Mark is still there. For several years, darWin replaced Wayne. Now darWin is gone and there's another mechanic I don't know. (I don't know if he has a W in his name. :-) darWin was really good, and I'm sure Mark made sure the new mechanic is good, too.
I really like the work. They communicate very well about their work, and they have solved very difficult problems with me looking on. Their hourly rate is lower than many, and they do things very efficiently, so costs are relatively low.
My only complaint is that they won't install stuff I buy.
My 850 (non-turbo) has 375,000 miles and is still going strong, with much of the credit going to M&W.
