I'm knee deep in to cleaning my Throttle Body, Problem that I ran into is that little plastic straw from the Cleaner blow off and fell down into the intake manifold. I pulled the manifold off the block, 6 or 8 bolts. Very easy a nd collected the staw. However, know I woudl like to pull the whole unit out of the car and give it a good cleaning.

How does the fuel rail disconnect from the fuel line? Directly under the manifold is joint that seems to be a push pull kind of connection, but I can not seem to break it. I have removed the locking pin.

Any hints?

You need fuel line disconnect tools. You can pick them up at any auto parts store for pretty cheap.

this is an easy one. dont take off the manifold, only the top part. you can clean it very easily then.
