The recall is for vehicles from 99-01. They can have the yellow sticker or the white. I have only had a couple of ETMs take a crap after the software. It would be warranty. The ONLY time they can be changed is if there is a permanent code (9150-9160) or the codes for the ETM lead to internal faults in the module and not battery voltage or other problems.
ABM headlamps, 6k Sharp HID Kit, clear corners, P2 side marker lights,
Lowered IPD front springs & Intrax rear springs w/ Koni yellow adjustables x4,, 18" Motegi Racing wheels, Federal SS595 tires
HKS BOV, Boosted!! R Exhaust manifold, Custom Cat-back Magnaflow exhaust Etc :)

some '02's.

Btw, Don Wilson was doing a new poll on how many owners who have had ETM failures also had tranny failures soon afterwards. He's thinking that they are related. Anyone had this happen?

I haven't heard of it. How does he think they are related?

Oh and the only 02's to get it are NA cars.

please do explain how they would be related to cause the trans to fail. One has no bearing on the other except torque.
