I think you'll be really happy with it. I've got a straight bladed Alpha Q fork and love it. It made climbing so much easier. Old pic of my bike, but it shows the alpha q fork. Now have a longer alpha q stem as well.

yeah, i can't wait to try it out. i have some light concerns in the front end. right now if i'm grinding up a steep hill i'll lift the front wheel a smidge. this is much lighter then the felt fork so we'll see what happens lol.

i have some mavic wheels also, i love them. they make a nice sound.

i have white wraps on my jamis, they are getting so dirty. I love the look, but i'll stick with dark colors i think.

The stiffer front fork will probably help you with that since you won't be bouncing on the front end from the rubber bandy front fork. I had the same issue.

Wicked cool approach to lighting up the wheels and the road.

Gf and I on the bike portion of a half-ironman this past saturday. This was about 26 miles into the ride, and after a few showers from the fringes of the hurricane

I was riding single speed too.. though I was wise enough to flip the hub from the fixed gear to the freewheel :arob:

With remote adjustable seat post and Marzocchi fork.

With our wet and very muddy trails (nearby trail is under sea level) it's great to have no derailleur.
